Emma "Emmy" Kelly (they/them) is a filmmaker who splits their time between Pasadena, California and Toronto, Ontario. They are the co-recipient of the 2024 Ontario Creates Film Fund: Development Grant with writer/director Pat Mills.
As a production coordinator, Emmy has worked on CNN's The 2010s and Watergate: Blueprint of a Scandal series, and Marvel's MPower, as well as multiple creative content shoots with clients such as Apple, Disney, Amazon Prime, and A24. As of January 2024, they are the production coordinator for Gabe Shane Dunn's upcoming debut feature You & I, You & Me
Emmy is passionate about telling queer stories with humor, heart, and a charmingly lo-fi aesthetic. Outside of film, their interests include drawing, eating hot dogs, and making mix CDs. They're probably the world's biggest Snoopy fan.
